2009 Date and Proposed Course

July 17, 18, & 19, 2009

The 2009 course plan is for the first day to start in Oscoda and run on the Shore to Shore Trail with some new legs on the Corsair and Silver Valley Trails, and finishing in McKinley. The plan for Day two is to use last year's course with a few modifications including a new way in to the finish in Grayling. Day three will remain unchanged with the finish in Empire.

This course is subject to approval by the DNR, US Forest Service, and National Park Service. If changes are necessary we will let you know.

AATC GLR Scholarships

The Ann Arbor Track Club has been very gracious in offering high school runners a scholarship to help defray the costs of the GLR and will continue that tradition for 2009.
